Our customers have the right to be treated like they are a living, breathing human being and not an account number. We will communicate with customers in the method they prefer (phone, email, and/or text) and respond to their questions or needs within 4 business hours.

  • Our customers have the right to on-time pickups. If we miss a scheduled pickup, the customer will receive a $100 credit on their account.

  • Our customers have the right to peace of mind. If Medical Waste Solutions, Inc. directly causes a problem with the regulated medical waste that is picked up from our customer's facility that results in fines, litigation, or other expenses to our customer, we will cover all customer costs to remedy the situation.

  • Our customers have the right to a fair price for the services we provide. We will beat any reasonable price a competitor quotes you.

  • Our customers have the right to not be worried about rate increases. Our service agreement outlines how we set ourselves apart from our competitors.

  • Our customers have the right not to be burdened with fees and surcharges. We don't charge any extra fees or surcharges that our competitors increase often. The price we quote is the price you pay.

  • Our customers have the right not to be charged excessive prices for overages or for containers that aren't serviced. There is a minimum of one container per pickup. And we charge the same rate for any extra containers.

  • Our customers have the right not to fear the dreaded rollover in our competitors contracts. We don't put long term evergreen clauses in our service agreement. We want to constantly be working hard to keep your business, not to trick you into not being able to get out of a contract.

  • Our customers have the right to reduce the amount of paper in their office. Our online manifests are great for the environment and are more accessible than paper manifests stored in a warehouse.

  • Our customers have the right to electronic training options. We offer online training solutions for small offices up to large organizations.
